Developmental School Counseling

American School Counseling Association (ASCA) aligned school counseling services (academic, personal/social, and career) that support K-12 student development and multiple pathways to postsecondary success.

• School Counseling Program Consultation: Design and implementation support for comprehensive K-12 counseling programs aligned to ASCA academic, personal/social, and career domains.
• Postsecondary Pathways Advising: Counseling strategies that support college and non-college pathways, including CTE, certificates, apprenticeships, and workforce entry.
• Family & Student Advising Support: Workshops and advising structures that support informed decision-making and postsecondary planning.
• School Counseling Compliance Support: Assistance in meeting school counseling related compliance requirements, including LAUSD site visits, LCAP development, and WASC accreditation.
• Alumni Transition Support: Alumni transition practices that promote successful postsecondary outcomes.
