At PUC National our Facilities Team is dedicated to creating and maintaining safe  environments. We provide guidance to ensure that every campus is kept in excellent condition, proactively managing improvements and swiftly addressing challenges to minimize disruptions.

Ensuring safety and maintaining all properties under our care to provide students and staff with spaces that support education and community. Our services include:

• Infrastructure: Guidance on maintenance and repairs such as ADA compliance
• Safety & Risk: Robust risk management and site safety programs and protocols - assisting with ADA accessibility improvements, health and safety standards, regulatory compliance for all school sites, emergency response planning, and efficient traffic management.
• Space Optimization: Guidance on creating and improving learning environments, sports areas, and common spaces to enhance student experience.
• Sustainability & Efficiency: Recommendations on energy-saving measures and long-term strategies for cost-effective facility operations. 
• Compliance: Site walkthroughs to ensure full compliance with LCAP, Williams Act, federal, state and local regulations and provides actionable recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
